What's free and what carries a fee?
London club tables are free — booked through our partner VIPListed, who are paid by the venue, so there's no cost to you and no membership needed. Every other destination — Monaco, Mykonos, Dubai, Ibiza, Saint-Tropez and beyond — is reserved for members, or available via a one-off Single Access fee. Jets, helicopters, villas and yachts are quoted free to everyone — our fee is included in the fixed price we quote, with preferential terms for members. The venue's own spend and charter costs are always paid to the provider. See Membership.
How do I book a London club table?
Tap "Book a free table" on any London club — it opens our partner VIPListed, who handle the table free of charge and confirm directly with the venue's promoter, usually within the hour. No membership required. Prefer the full concierge route? Message us.
How does membership work?
Single Access is £350 per request (credited if you join within 14 days). Member is £2,400 a year or £200 a month, and Private is £6,000 a year — Member gives unlimited priority venue bookings and preferential charter terms, Private adds season planning, security and logistics on request and enhanced charter terms, and Black is by invitation. Jet, villa and yacht quotes are free for everyone. Memberships are processed manually and renew only on your confirmation. See Membership.
How do you take payment?
Memberships and fees are paid to OF.luxury by card (Visa, Mastercard), UK bank transfer or crypto (BTC, USDT) — we never store card details, and crypto payments are final. The booking cost itself (venue minimum, jet, yacht) is paid directly to the provider. See our Payment Policy.
Do you guarantee event tickets and access?
No. OF.luxury is a concierge and sourcing service, not a ticket vendor or box office. We draw on a network of trusted partners and promoters, but availability, allocation, entry and pricing are never guaranteed and are confirmed case by case before any commitment. All events are subject to change or cancellation by the organiser.
How quickly can you confirm a booking?
Most club tables and restaurants confirm within 15 minutes; jets and yachts within the hour. Last-minute requests are our specialty — WhatsApp us and we move fast.
Do you serve clients outside the listed cities?
Yes, via our full concierge. Tell us where and when — we will arrange it.
How discreet are you?
Total. We never publish names, photos, or details of clients.
Can you arrange security or close protection?
Yes, in every major city we serve.
