As you come in through the villa’s main entrance you are immediately welcomed by an amazing open-plan kitchen / living area, which opens out on to the fabulous spacious terrace enjoying the fantastic panoramic views from the property.
Stylishly decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and elegant dining, the living areas also feature an Intelligent Samsung 65” TV, Satellite TV with all languages, subscription to Netflix and Movistar, WiFi, stereo system with speakers integrated both inside and outside and air conditioning (aerothermal) in all rooms.
The lower floor features a laundry room, a spacious pantry, a storage room and a large games room of 60m², as well as two of the bedrooms.
In addition, the house is perfect for sports lovers, the sports facilities have been designed with the objective of providing entertainment options to the whole family.
