Payment Policy

Effective date: 25 June 2026 · OF Luxury International.

This policy explains exactly how you pay OF.luxury, what is free, what is reserved for members, and how we protect every transaction. By making any payment to OF.luxury you accept this policy together with our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Chargeback Policy.

1. Two parts to any booking

  1. Supplier costs — the price the venue, airline, hotel, charterer or retailer charges for the booking itself (a table minimum spend, a charter invoice, a hotel folio). This is normally paid directly to the supplier and is governed by the supplier’s own terms.
  2. OF.luxury fees — membership fees, Single Access fees and trip commissions, where applicable. These are paid to OF.luxury via a secure individual payment link or crypto invoice. We disclose every fee in writing before you proceed.

2. London club tables — free

Tables at the London clubs listed on our site are booked through our partner VIPListed, who are paid a placement commission directly by the venue. There is no cost to you and no membership required for London club tables — you pay only the venue’s own minimum spend at the venue.

3. All other destinations — members or Single Access

Tables, restaurants, beach clubs and day clubs outside London (Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Paris, Mykonos, Ibiza, Dubai, Marbella and every other city we serve) are reserved for members, or available on a one-off basis via a Single Access request. See Membership for current pricing.

4. Membership fees

  • Single Access — £250 per request. A one-off booking outside London. Credited in full toward membership if you join within 14 days.
  • Member. Unlimited priority bookings, no per-booking fee. Priced on application.
  • Private. Member benefits plus a dedicated concierge. Priced on application.
  • Black — by invitation. Full lifestyle management.

Membership fees are billed in advance and the benefits begin immediately on payment. Memberships are processed manually; they do not auto-renew — we send a renewal reminder before each term and renew only on your confirmation.

5. Trip commissions

Jets, yachts, villas, event hospitality, bespoke sourcing and security carry a transparent commission on top of supplier costs (Member 15%, Private 10%, Black negotiated; non-members on quote). The exact amount is always shown in your written quote before you commit.

6. How payment is taken

  • Individual payment links — each engagement is invoiced with a unique, secure, one-time link, processed by Stripe (or equivalent) under Strong Customer Authentication. Card details are never stored, sold, shared or rented.
  • Cards accepted — Visa and Mastercard.
  • Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether) accepted for memberships and fees.
  • Bank transfer — available for UK clients, and for invoices above £5,000 on request.
  • We never ask for card details by phone, email, WhatsApp or any messaging app. Any such request is a fraud attempt — report it via our contact page.

7. Authorisation & verification

By submitting payment you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or account holder and that the funds are lawfully yours. To prevent fraud we may request identity verification before processing a first payment or a high-value transaction, and we retain a record of the authorisation, the invoice and the related correspondence.

8. Cryptocurrency payments are final

By their nature, cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and non-refundable. Once a BTC or USDT payment is confirmed on the network it cannot be reversed or charged back. Where a refund is due under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, it will be issued by the original method where possible.

9. Currency & taxes

Quotes are typically in GBP; we can quote in EUR, USD, CHF or AED on request. VAT applies where required by law and is shown on the invoice.

10. Billing questions & disputes

If you have any question about a charge, contact us first within 14 days via our contact page and allow us a reasonable period to resolve it — the vast majority of issues are settled quickly and in your favour. Raising a card dispute or chargeback before contacting us is governed by our Chargeback Policy. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
