Payment Policy
Effective date: 1 May 2026 · OF Luxury International.
This policy explains exactly how you pay for the OF.luxury concierge service and the services we arrange on your behalf.
1. Two parts to your bill
Most concierge engagements have two financial components:
- Supplier costs — the price the venue, airline, hotel, charterer or retailer charges for the booking itself. You typically pay this directly to the supplier on the day of service (table minimum at the venue, hotel folio at checkout, etc.).
- OF.luxury concierge fee — our fee, where applicable. Paid via an individual payment link issued to you, processed by Stripe or equivalent. Card details are never stored on our systems.
We always disclose any concierge fee in writing before you proceed.
2. What carries no fee
The following are commission-paid by the supplier; you pay only the supplier's published minimum / rate:
- Club tables (Tape London, Maddox, The Box Soho, Jimmy'z Monaco, Caves du Roy, and all clubs listed on our site).
- Restaurant reservations on a one-off basis (see members service below for priority booking).
- Hotel reservations at our partner hotels at published BAR rates.
3. What carries a concierge fee
The following are charged a transparent commission on top of supplier costs:
- Private jet charter — typically 5 — 10% of supplier invoice.
- Yacht charter — typically 10 — 15% of supplier invoice, plus expenses.
- Villa rental — typically 8 — 12% of supplier invoice.
- Event tickets & hospitality (Grand Prix, Wimbledon, Cannes, Salzburg, etc.) — pricing on quote.
- Bespoke sourcing (art, watches, automobiles, rare collectibles) — pricing on quote.
- Security & close protection — pricing on quote.
- Out-of-hours service between 23:00 and 06:00 local — surcharge may apply.
The exact rate and amount will always be in your written quote.
4. Restaurant priority booking (members only)
Tailored priority restaurant booking — the ability to confirm the impossible-to-book table on short notice — is a members-only service available through one of three plans:
- Monthly — month-to-month flexibility, higher unit price.
- Yearly — twelve-month commitment, standard rate.
- Annual prepaid — twelve-month prepaid commitment, lowest unit price.

5. How payment is taken
- Individual payment links — each engagement is invoiced to you with a one-time payment link. The link is unique, secure and disposable.
- Cards accepted — Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Card payments are processed by Stripe under their Strong Customer Authentication standards.
- Bank transfer — supported for invoices above £5,000 on request.
- Cryptocurrency — supported through select partners on request; not held on our systems.
- We never ask for card details by phone, email, WhatsApp or any messaging app. If someone claiming to be from OF.luxury asks for card details over message, it is a fraud attempt — please contact us via our contact page.
6. Currency & taxes
Quotes are typically in GBP. We can quote in EUR, USD, CHF or AED on request. VAT applies where required by UK law and will be shown on the invoice.
7. Disputes
Any dispute relating to our fee should be raised within 14 days of payment via our contact page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Chargeback Policy for our handling of refunds and chargebacks.
