What sits underneath all of them
A place to stay that suits the group rather than the brochure — a staffed villa for eight is a different proposition from two suites. Transport that matches the event: Nice to Monaco is seven minutes by helicopter and well over an hour by road once the circuit closes, and that difference is the whole weekend. Then the tables, the boat, or the access the event itself turns on.
What varies most
Lead time, more than anything. Monaco and Courchevel over New Year are effectively sold out by late winter; Mykonos in August wants six to eight weeks; a Saint-Tropez weekend can sometimes be assembled inside a fortnight if you are flexible on the house. Nothing here is held on standing inventory, so the honest answer to "can you still do it" changes week to week — ask and we will tell you straight.
Groups, families and single travellers
Most of these run for four to twelve people. Smaller works — two people at Art Basel or Cannes is common — and larger works with more notice, since the constraint becomes the house rather than anything else. Family versions of Courchevel and Dubai are among the most requested, and change the shape of the week considerably.
Which of these suits a first visit?
Saint-Tropez or Mykonos in high summer — both are straightforward to build, both have a wide range of houses, and neither depends on a single event going your way. Monaco and Cannes are better once you know what you want from them, because the good version of those weekends is booked a long way out.

How far ahead should we book?
For Monaco, Cannes and the Ibiza openings, months — the good villas and berths are gone by late winter. Mykonos and Saint-Tropez in high summer want six to eight weeks. Courchevel over New Year is the tightest week of the year.
Is transport included?
It can be. Jets, helicopters, chauffeurs and fast-track arrivals are arranged alongside any experience for guests travelling from overseas, and quoted with the rest so there are no separate bookings to chase.
