Every villa we place is staffed — private chef, housekeeping and a house manager as the baseline, with security, drivers and provisioning added to your brief. The genuinely good houses in peak season never reach listing sites; access is relationships. We shortlist two or three real fits with current photos and the true weekly rate, then run the stay end to end — arrival stocking, staff briefing, yacht days, tables and jets around it.
More: what actually matters in a villa rental and the full villas & private resorts service.
One message starts it: destination, dates, bedrooms and the feel you want — party base, family week, or gated privacy. We come back with a shortlist of two or three houses we would actually stay in, with current photos and the true weekly rate, not a listing price built to be negotiated. You choose; we hold the house, brief the staff to your preferences, stock the kitchen before wheels-down and stay on call throughout the stay. The villa then becomes the anchor for the rest of the week — the transfer in, the yacht day, the tables — held by the same concierge, so nothing is ever re-explained twice.
What's included in a staffed villa?
Private chef, housekeeping and a house manager as standard, with drivers, security and childcare added to your brief. The house is stocked to your preferences before you land.
Are the from-prices accurate?
They are honest in-season starting guides for properly staffed houses. Front-line positions and peak weeks run higher; we confirm real rates with your shortlist.
Which destination books out first?
Courchevel Christmas and February weeks, then Saint-Tropez and Mykonos peak summer. If your dates are fixed, start months ahead.
Do you handle security for public figures?
Yes — gated properties, vetted close protection and NDA-grade discretion are routine for us. See lifestyle management.
