What it costs

Lifestyle management runs on a membership fee rather than an hourly rate or an open-ended monthly retainer. Member can be paid annually or monthly; Private is annual. Private is £6,000 a year and is the tier most households on a standing brief take; Member is £2,400 a year where the need is priority access rather than daily management, and Single Access is £350 for a one-off request. Black is by invitation.

Bookings themselves are quoted free. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas and chalets come back as one fixed all-in figure with our fee already inside it, so there is no second conversation about commission after you have agreed a price. See membership and pricing in full.

These are our current fees and the rate you join at is held for the whole of that membership year. Fees are reviewed periodically and are subject to change — the cost of running the service to this standard rises, and we would rather keep the desk small, the response times short and the supplier relationships worth having than freeze a price and quietly thin the service behind it. Because nothing auto-renews, any change can only ever reach you at the point you choose to renew, and we will tell you the new rate before you do.

Athletes and public figures

A meaningful share of what we run is for people whose movements are public property: touring musicians, players in season, and families who are recognised in the places they go. That work is logistics before it is luxury — arrival routes that avoid a lobby, a car that is already moving when you land, a table that is not beside the window, and a room booked in a name that is not yours.

We hold the fixture list and the tour dates and plan against them rather than reacting a week out. The longer piece on tour and match-day logistics sets out how that actually runs.

Discretion, in practice

Every booking runs under NDA-grade confidentiality. We do not publish client names, photographs or details, we do not use bookings as marketing, and we do not confirm to anyone that a person is a client. Staff placed into a household — drivers, close protection, chefs — are vetted and contracted with the same terms.

The practical version: your name reaches a venue only when the booking requires it, suppliers are given what they need and nothing more, and anything sensitive stays on one thread with one concierge rather than being passed around a team.

What a standing brief covers

Travel and charter, houses and chalets for the season, restaurant and club access across the cities we cover, event access through official programmes, security and close protection, staff placement, and the ordinary administration of a household that travels — provisioning before arrival, cars, deliveries, and the calendar that keeps the rest of it from colliding.

We are an introducer, not a principal: we do not own aircraft, houses or allocations, and we say so plainly. What we hold are the relationships and the standing brief, which is what makes a request on Tuesday for Friday a phone call rather than a project.

Services

Luxury lifestyle management

A single key on dark marble

Beyond single bookings, OF.luxury runs ongoing lifestyle management for private clients, families and public figures — the standing team that designs the travel, holds the relationships and answers at 2am. Itinerary design across our cities, close protection and drivers, bespoke sourcing from art to impossible gifts, and the discretion that makes the rest workable: we never publish names, photos or client details.

Who it's for

Athletes, footballers, public figures and their families — the clients behind our Black tier. Full, discreet management under NDA-grade confidentiality: security and close protection, travel and homes, relocations and family logistics, and the season-long planning that keeps a calendar from running you. One named concierge holds the whole picture and acts before you ask. See lifestyle management for athletes & public figures and touring & match-day logistics.

Frequently asked

Who is lifestyle management for?
Clients with recurring needs — families running multi-city seasons, executives, and public figures whose travel requires advance work. If you travel most months, membership usually pays for itself against per-request pricing.
Do you work with celebrities and public figures?
Yes — quietly. Venue advance work, privacy routing, security liaison and media-aware logistics are standard practice, under NDA as a matter of course.
How does pricing work?
A membership fee for ongoing management — Member £2,400 a year or £200 a month, Private £6,000 a year — rather than an open-ended retainer or an hourly rate. On jets, helicopters, yachts, villas and chalets our fee sits inside the fixed price we quote, with nothing added afterwards. London club tables and restaurants remain free to book; everything else is quoted before commitment.
