Moving a player, an artist or a whole entourage between cities on a tight calendar is a logistics problem, not a luxury one. We run it end to end so the talent only sees the parts that matter.
The brief
Fixtures or tour dates, party size, who travels together and who separately, security level, and the non-negotiables (sleep, training, recovery, downtime). From that we build the movement plan.
Air & ground
Private jets sized to the group, helicopter hops to skip traffic, and chauffeured ground with the same drivers across the trip — booked as one chain, not separate bookings that fall apart.
Security & arrivals
Discreet close protection, fast-track arrivals and private terminals, and advance work on hotels and venues so entrances and exits are controlled.
Tables & downtime
When the work is done, the right room at the right time — London tables (free via VIPListed), Riviera dinners, a quiet villa to decompress — arranged around the schedule, never against it.
One point of contact
A single concierge holds the whole movement and is reachable around the clock. For teams that travel all season, this sits within membership — talk to us and we scope it.
A worked example
Take a Friday fixture in one city and a Sunday appearance in another. We position the aircraft the night before, run a private-terminal departure after the match, land the group an hour from the hotel, and have the same security detail and drivers waiting. Saturday is recovery — a quiet villa or a discreet dinner, nothing booked publicly in the player’s name. Sunday’s appearance is briefed in advance with the venue, arrival and exit routes agreed, and the return flight held flexible in case the schedule moves. The talent sees a car, a plane and a room; we hold everything in between.
What we need from you
The calendar, the headcount and the security level — that is enough to start. The earlier we have it, the more we can lock at the right price; but last-minute is our normal, and we have moved full groups across Europe inside a day. One brief, one point of contact, one invoice at the end — no chasing separate suppliers, no surprises.
