Most requests are one service. Plenty are four: a jet in, a helicopter to the coast, a villa for the week and a table on the Saturday. Those are quoted together and run by one person, so there is nothing to co-ordinate between suppliers yourself.
What we hold directly
Relationships with the people who decide — restaurant and club management, villa owners and their agents, jet and helicopter operators, yacht brokers. That is the whole business. Nothing here is a resale of a listing you could have found yourself.
Where we work
Sixteen cities across Europe and the Gulf, with the Mediterranean and the Alps as the two seasons we run hardest. Requests outside those cities are still worth sending; jets, yachts and villas travel, and so does the network.
What does a luxury concierge service actually do?
It is a single point of contact for the things that are difficult to arrange yourself — a table at a restaurant with no online availability, a jet at short notice, a staffed villa for August, a helicopter that meets your flight. We hold the relationships and do the calling, so you send one message rather than fifteen.
Do I need a membership to use OF.luxury?
No. Not for most of it. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas and event access are quoted as a one-off fixed price, and London club tables are free through our partner VIPListed. Tables outside London are a members' benefit or a one-off Single Access request at £350, credited toward membership if you join within 14 days.
Which cities do you cover?
Sixteen: London, Paris, Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Marbella, Ibiza, Mykonos, Milan, Rome, Courchevel, Geneva, Zurich, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Marrakech. Requests outside them are still worth sending — most of what we arrange travels.
How quickly do you reply?
Within minutes during European waking hours, and around the clock for anything already in motion. Same-day restaurant and club requests are normal; jets, yachts and villas want as much notice as you can give.
