A villa done properly is staff, provisioning and the week's bookings — not just keys. We place clients in vetted houses across the Mediterranean and the Alps, from Mykonos cliff villas with chefs and drivers to Courchevel chalets with ski rooms, and we arrange the private-resort and palace-suite bookings that never reach public channels, including high-season Cap d'Antibes and Sardinia.

When should I book a peak-season villa?
The best staffed houses for July–August and the New Year ski weeks go six to twelve months out. Late availability exists every season, but the shortlist narrows fast.
Do villas come staffed?
The houses we place are staffed or staffable — chef, housekeeping, driver as you wish. We brief the team on preferences and allergies before you land.
Can you book the resort rather than a villa?
Yes — palace suites, cabana allocations and, for the right brief, exclusive-use buyouts. These are relationship bookings; lead time matters.
