What we arrange in Abuja

Abuja is an origin city for us rather than a venue market, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. What we run here is the aircraft, the ground and the discretion around both — and the trip waiting at the other end.

Tables and restaurants

We do not publish a venue list for Abuja because we do not hold one. Restaurant and private-venue access in the city is arranged through direct relationships, case by case: tell us the night and the party and we come back with what is genuinely available, or tell you honestly that Lagos or London is the better evening.

Where to stay

The hotels do the work in Abuja — Maitama and the Central Business District hold the international houses, and a suite with a proper business floor is usually the right answer for a working trip. For a longer stay or a family, serviced houses in Maitama and Asokoro are arranged with staff. See villas & chalets for how we source and what a week actually costs.

Getting there and moving around

Nnamdi Azikiwe takes private traffic through its general-aviation terminal, thirty kilometres west of the city. Abuja–London is about 6h 30m and Abuja–Dubai about 6h 40m, both nonstop; Lagos–Abuja is about 1h 10m and the most-flown charter corridor in the country. We book Nigerian legs through operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate, arrange chauffeured cars on both ends, and plan close protection before you land rather than on the day. See private jets to Abuja.

Season and timing

Year-round, with December the peak as the diaspora returns and the fleet repositions toward Lagos. Six to eight weeks’ notice on aircraft for that window. Outside it, most Abuja requests are answered the same day.

How it works and what it costs

Tables and restaurant bookings in Abuja are arranged for members, or as a one-off through Single Access at £350 per request — credited in full toward membership if you join within 14 days. The venue’s minimum spend is settled at the venue, not with us.

Everything else is free to enquire and free to quote. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas, security and event access are quoted as a single fixed all-in price with our fee already inside it — no gate, no membership required, and nothing added after you commit. For most clients that makes charter and villa enquiries the simplest place to start.

How a booking runs

Send the dates, the party size and anything that matters — a table by the water, a chef who can cook for a coeliac, a car that fits five with ski bags. We come back with what is genuinely available and what it costs, usually the same day. Nothing is committed until you approve it in writing.

If something cannot be delivered to the standard you asked for, we tell you that instead of substituting quietly. That applies to a fully-booked restaurant, an aircraft that cannot make the leg nonstop, and a villa whose photographs flatter it.

Questions

What does a concierge in Abuja actually do?
For most clients here it is the aircraft and the ground: private jets from Nnamdi Azikiwe, the Lagos shuttle, chauffeured cars, close protection where the brief calls for it, and the whole trip held at the other end — London, Dubai, Monaco or the Mediterranean. One thread, one contact, 24/7.
Do you book restaurants and clubs in Abuja?
Case by case, through direct relationships rather than a published list. We do not hold a table network in Abuja and we will not pretend to; tell us the night and we come back with what is genuinely available.
How much is a private jet from Abuja?
Abuja–London starts around £75,000 one-way as a market guide and Abuja–Dubai around £70,000, both on heavy or ultra-long-range aircraft. Lagos–Abuja is quoted per date. Every quote is fixed and all-in before you commit.
How do you choose a Nigerian operator?
By certificate. The regulator has been revoking licences from privately registered aircraft flown as illegal charter, so we book operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate and say when a cheap quote is cheap because it is not one.
Can you arrange security in Abuja?
Yes, planned before arrival rather than on the day — close protection, vetted drivers and route planning, arranged under the same NDA-grade discretion as everything else we do.
