The introduction, then the itinerary. We connect buyers to the licensed professionals who actually cover their patch across the UK and Europe — and run the viewing trip as one booking. Built for Nigerian and international buyers. We are never in the transaction, and that is the point.
We are introducers and trip-planners, not estate agents. We do not
list property, market property, negotiate sales or hold a penny of anyone’s money.
What we do is simpler and, for a cross-border buyer, more valuable: understand the brief,
then introduce you to the right licensed professionals — the buying agents, local
agents and lawyers we already work with across our destinations — and build the
whole search trip around you like any other concierge itinerary.
The introduction
City or coastline, budget, use — a family base in London, a Marbella summer
house, a Lisbon apartment. We match the brief to the professional who genuinely covers
that patch, make the introduction personally, and stay in the loop as your concierge
— not as a party to the purchase. The professionals carry the licences, the
regulation and the transaction; that is exactly why we send you to them.
Buying from Nigeria
Most of our property briefs start in Lagos or Abuja, and the
trip is where we earn our keep: video walk-throughs coordinated before you fly, then the
viewing itinerary as one booking — flights,
hotels, a chauffeured viewing day — and introductions to lawyers who act for
Nigerian buyers in the UK and Europe every week. Funds move between your lawyer and the
seller’s side through regulated channels; we are never in that chain.
Around the purchase
Translators, surveys and school visits folded into the itinerary; and once the keys
are yours, the house drops straight into the concierge —
managed, staffed and ready each time you
land.
By the professionals we introduce you to, as a disclosed introduction fee — you
pay us nothing for the introduction itself. The concierge side — flights, hotels
and the viewing days — is booked and billed like any other OF.luxury itinerary,
with one clear figure agreed before you commit.
Are you estate agents or buying agents?
Neither. We introduce you to licensed buying agents, local agents and lawyers, and plan the trip around the search. We never list property, negotiate the purchase, or hold funds — the professionals we introduce carry the licences and the transaction.
What does it cost me?
Nothing for the introduction — the professionals pay us a disclosed introduction fee. The viewing trip itself (flights, hotels, cars) is normal concierge work, quoted as one clear figure before you commit.
I am buying from Nigeria — how do viewings work?
Video walk-throughs are coordinated before you fly; then one itinerary covers flights, hotel and a chauffeured day of viewings. Your lawyer can complete under power of attorney if you cannot travel for the signing.
Which countries can you cover?
The places we already work: the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Switzerland and the UAE. Elsewhere, we will tell you honestly whether our network reaches it.
Do you ever handle the money?
Never. Funds move between your lawyer and the seller's side through the regulated channels of the country you are buying in. We are not part of the transaction.
