Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the OF.luxury concierge service operated by OF Luxury International. By requesting our service you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

OF Luxury International, trading as OF.luxury, is a tailored concierge that arranges bookings and sourcing across travel, hospitality, nightlife, events and lifestyle, on behalf of clients worldwide. Our role is to introduce you to and coordinate with third-party suppliers.

2. Our role

  • We are an agent acting on your instructions. Suppliers (venues, airlines, hotels, charterers, ticket sellers, retailers) provide the actual goods and services.
  • We do not own or operate the venues, aircraft, yachts or hotels we book.
  • Each supplier has its own terms of service which apply to your booking; we will share these on request.

3. Payment

  • Some services carry no client fee (e.g. club tables and restaurant reservations). For these we are paid a commission by the supplier.
  • Other services carry a commission charged to you on top of supplier costs (e.g. jet charter, yacht charter, villa rental, event tickets, bespoke sourcing). The commission rate and amount will always be disclosed in writing before you proceed.
  • Restaurant priority booking is a members-only service available through a monthly, yearly or annual plan. Pricing is provided on request.
  • Payment for our fee is taken via an individual payment link issued to you, processed by Stripe or equivalent. We do not handle card details directly.
  • Supplier fees are typically billed by the supplier (you pay the venue, the airline, the hotel directly). Where we collect on behalf of a supplier, this is disclosed in writing.

4. Bookings & confirmations

A booking is only confirmed when we have sent you a written confirmation (email, secure message) containing the supplier name, date, time and price. Verbal or in-chat indications are not confirmations.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms are governed by the supplier's own cancellation policy (the venue, the airline, etc.). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for our policy on the OF.luxury concierge fee specifically.

6. Liability

  • We will exercise reasonable skill and care in arranging your booking.
  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, performance or non-performance of suppliers. Any claim relating to the goods or services delivered by a supplier must be made against that supplier directly.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation).
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Our maximum liability in any twelve-month period is the total fees you paid to us in that period.

7. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate identity and contact information.
  • Inform us of any health, dietary, accessibility, security or background-check requirements before booking.
  • Behave lawfully and respectfully at the venues and with the suppliers we introduce you to.
  • Not use the service for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or end service at our sole discretion, in particular where a client behaves abusively toward our staff, our suppliers, or third parties at a venue.

8. Intellectual property

The OF.luxury name, logo, and the content of ofluxury.co.uk are the property of OF Luxury International and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
