When someone in Lagos or Abuja needs to travel for treatment, we arrange the flight through licensed air-ambulance operators and organise everything around it for the family. We cover London, the rest of Europe, Dubai and India, and the return home afterwards.
We are a concierge and charter broker, not an aircraft operator, air carrier or healthcare provider. Medical flights are carried out by operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate and, where applicable, Care Quality Commission registration. All clinical decisions, including fitness to fly, rest with the operator’s medical team and the treating doctors.
The options
- Medical escort — a nurse or doctor with a seated, stable patient on a scheduled flight.
- Stretcher on a scheduled flight — for a patient who must lie flat but does not need intensive care.
- Private jet with a medical escort — an ordinary charter with a clinician aboard, often right after treatment or with oxygen.
- Dedicated air ambulance — a jet equipped as an intensive care unit, with its own medical crew, bed to bed.
What we do
- Take the details: the patient, the condition as the treating doctor describes it, the receiving hospital and who needs to travel.
- Put the medical report before licensed operators and obtain firm quotes for the option their doctors recommend.
- Coordinate the operator, the receiving hospital and the family’s travel, accommodation, drivers and interpreters.
- Arrange the return in whichever form the doctors advise once treatment is over.
What has to be ready
A confirmed bed at the receiving hospital, a recent medical report in English, passports and visas for everyone travelling, and the payment arrangements. Privately funded flights are paid before departure; insured cases run through the insurer’s assistance company. For the UK, Nigerian patients need a Standard Visitor visa for private medical treatment.
Medical reports are sensitive personal data. We agree a secure channel with you and pass them only to the operator’s medical team.
