The best seats and tables at major events are rarely the ones you can buy in two clicks. We help clients with hospitality at sport, racing, art fairs and galas, and then build the rest of the trip around it. The principle is simple: we work through official channels and the organisers’ own routes, and we never deal in resale.
How events access works
- You tell us the event, the party size and the kind of day you want: hospitality, a private table, or simply the right seats.
- We go to the organiser, the venue or the hospitality provider that organiser uses, and check what is genuinely on sale.
- We tell you plainly what is available, what is sold out, and what is not yet released. Nothing is held on assumption.
- You confirm, and we handle the details around it.
Official channels, never resale
Hospitality packages sold by the organiser or its appointed sellers are the safe route, and for some sports there are legal restrictions on reselling tickets. For example, section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 makes it an offence for an unauthorised person to sell tickets for designated football matches. We do not buy and resell tickets, and we will say so if the only route to a seat is a secondary market.
When the event only sells direct
Some events sell hospitality only to the guest, in their own name, through the organiser’s site or ticketing system. In that case we cannot buy on your behalf, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we do is organise everything around it: flights, a chauffeur for the day, a dinner before or after, and a hotel or villa close to the venue. You secure the ticket, and the rest is done.
Events we work around
- Sport and racing: see our Royal Ascot, Monaco Grand Prix and Formula 1 pages.
- Art fairs: our guides to Basel, Frieze and 1-54 access and Art Basel in Paris and Miami.
- Match-day trips: touring match-day logistics covers the travel side.
- Monaco Grand Prix dining: a Monte Carlo race weekend look at one famous venue.
The full calendar is on our events page.
Honest about availability
Some hospitality is not released until months before the event, and some is sold out the day it opens. We would rather tell you early that a package is not yet on sale than let you plan around something that does not exist. If you want a particular date, register your interest with us and we will come back when the organiser opens sales.
Hospitality enquiries for listed events
If you want to enquire about hospitality at an event already listed with VIPListed, send the enquiry through VIPListed. For an event that is not listed, message us and we will check what the organiser offers.
Travel, stay and the rest of the weekend
A hospitality day is only one part of a trip. Clients ask us to place them in a hotel or villa within easy reach of the venue, to arrange the car so there is no search for a taxi at the end of the day, and to book a table for the night before or after. Because we plan these together, timings fit: the car leaves when the gates open, not when the traffic has already built.
What we need
- The event and date, and whether you want hospitality, a table, or seats only
- Party size and any guests with accessibility needs
- Where you are travelling from, and whether you want travel and accommodation arranged
- Your timetable: popular events sell out early, so earlier is better
Availability and prices are set by the organiser and confirmed in writing before you commit.
