Most villa sites are catalogues: everything visible, much of it unavailable, and the photographs three seasons old. We work the other way round. The filters above narrow the brief; the shortlist comes from houses we or our partners have actually been inside this season — so when we say the view is real and the staff are good, that is first-hand rather than a listing description.
What we match on
Destination and dates first, then the things that decide whether a week works: bedroom count and bed configuration, how many the house genuinely sleeps in comfort rather than on paper, position (front-line, gated, walkable to the beach club), and whether you want a party base, a family week or complete privacy. Budget is a filter, not a ceiling — we will tell you honestly when a brief and a budget do not meet.
What comes back
Two or three houses, current photography, the true weekly rate including what the staff package covers, and an honest note on each — including the drawbacks. Then we hold your choice, brief the staff to your preferences and stock the kitchen before you land.

How does the villa search work?
Set your destination, party size, bedrooms and budget and we match against houses we know first-hand. Because the best staffed houses in peak season are never listed publicly, the search is a brief rather than a catalogue — you get a shortlist of two or three real fits, with current photos and the true weekly rate, usually within the hour.
Why aren't all your villas listed publicly?
Owners of the strongest houses do not want their addresses, calendars or rates on a public page — it is a condition of working with them. Publishing a catalogue would cost us access to exactly the properties clients want. The trade-off is that you tell us the brief and we come back with what genuinely exists for your dates.
What does a staffed villa include?
Private chef, housekeeping and a house manager as the baseline on every house we place, with drivers, security, childcare and provisioning added to your brief. The kitchen is stocked to your preferences before you land.
How far ahead should I search?
For July and August on the Med, or Christmas and February in the Alps, months ahead — the genuinely good houses are gone before the season starts. Shoulder weeks can often be arranged at short notice.
Is there a fee to use the search?
