Cannes-Mandelieu sits about 6 km west of the town, roughly fifteen minutes by car to the Croisette. It is run by the same authority as Nice Côte d’Azur and is given over almost entirely to business aviation.

The main runway, 17/35, is about 1,600 metres long. Declared landing distance is shorter: around 1,420 m landing on 17 and 1,260 m on 35. Jets are capped at 35 tonnes certified take-off weight. Light, midsize and super-midsize jets fall well within that weight. The largest long-range cabins exceed the limit and land at Nice instead, about 30 to 40 minutes away by road.
- Hours: air traffic control works to hours published by NOTAM and closes in the evening. At night only runway 35 is used for landing.
- Slots: the field is fully slot-coordinated, with requests placed through the single handling agent on site.
- Crew: captains need specific aerodrome training for Cannes-Mandelieu procedures, so not every operator can take the leg.
- Customs: available on request rather than standing, which matters only if you are flying in from outside Schengen.
