Booking COYA Monte Carlo — what to know

COYA Monte Carlo is one of those rooms where the reservation book matters more than the menu — prime-time tables are allocated, not simply booked. Service runs seasonally from April to October, 19:00 to 01:00 — Wednesday to Sunday in April, May and September, Tuesday to Sunday from June to August, Thursday to Sunday in October. Dress is smart casual. Expect a spend in the region of €400 for a proper table.

How we book it

Send your date, party size and an indicative budget on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — typically within the hour during the season. Nothing is committed until you approve; if your first choice is full we come back with the closest genuine alternative in Monaco, never a downgrade dressed up.

Getting there & timing

Nice Côte d'Azur is the gateway — seven minutes by helicopter or thirty by car to the Principality. Around Grand Prix week (late May or early June) every room in this venue's category books out far ahead. VIP transport — jets, helicopters and chauffeured cars — can be arranged around the booking for guests arriving from overseas.

About COYA Monte Carlo

COYA brought its Peruvian fire and pisco bar to Monte-Carlo's seafront, operated with Monte-Carlo SBM. The seasonal terrace (April to October) overlooks the Mediterranean, the ceviche counter anchors the menu, and COYA Music's resident DJs push dinner into the night. One of the hardest summer reservations in the Principality.

Booking, the OF.luxury way

One message covers it: date, party size and any preferences. We confirm availability and the night's terms directly with the venue, hold the table in your name, and stay reachable until you are seated. Every booking is subject to the venue's availability and confirmed case by case.

COYA Monte-Carlo: the setting, the season and the kitchen

COYA Monte-Carlo is at 26 Avenue Princesse Grace, on the Larvotto side of Monaco. It shares that corner with Jimmy'z and the Salle des Étoiles, not the Casino. The terrace looks over the Mediterranean, and it is the reason most guests book.

A seasonal restaurant

COYA is a summer restaurant. In 2026 it opened on 1 April and closed on 24 October, serving from 7pm until 1am. The open days change with the month. It runs Wednesday to Sunday in spring and September, and Tuesday to Sunday in high summer. In October it opens Thursday to Sunday.

The food

The kitchen is led by chef Victoria Vallénilla. Expect ceviche, tiradito of yellowtail and a spicy beef tataki, all built for sharing across the table. There is a pisco bar and a lounge, and shisha is served on the terrace.

After dinner

DJs and the COYA Music programme play through the evening, with themed Inca Nights. Some nights are shared with Jimmy'z next door, which makes dinner and club a single short walk.

Private rooms

The redesigned semi-private and private areas take groups with set tasting menus, their own cocktails and a DJ. They suit a birthday, a brand dinner or a company evening.

Who it suits

COYA suits a group that wants a lively late dinner by the sea. It is less suited to a quiet business conversation. The Cipriani dining room is the calmer alternative. Our reservations guide sets out the days by month.
