COYA Monte Carlo opens Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and books ahead reliably outside peak weeks. The exception is Grand Prix, when the whole of Monaco compresses into four days and every terrace table on Casino Square is spoken for months in advance.
For a normal week, a few days is enough. For late May, plan on three to six months and expect a minimum spend attached. The Yacht Show in September is the second pressure point.
Ask for the terrace if the weather allows — the interior is handsome but the terrace is why people book COYA rather than one of the several comparable rooms within walking distance.
