COYA Monte Carlo reservations, in detail

COYA Monte Carlo opens for dinner from April to October — Wednesday to Sunday in spring and September, Tuesday to Sunday in summer, Thursday to Sunday in October — and books ahead reliably outside peak weeks. The exception is Grand Prix, when the whole of Monaco compresses into four days and every terrace table in the Principality is spoken for months in advance.

For a normal week, a few days is enough. For Grand Prix week (late May or early June), plan on three to six months and expect a minimum spend attached. The Yacht Show in September is the second pressure point.

Ask for the terrace if the weather allows — the interior is handsome but the terrace is why people book COYA rather than one of the several comparable rooms within walking distance.

COYA's opening calendar and how to time a booking

COYA Monte-Carlo is a seasonal restaurant, and its open days change through the year. Check the calendar before you choose the date.

The 2026 calendar

Season: 1 April to 24 October.
April, May and September: Wednesday to Sunday.
June, July and August: Tuesday to Sunday.
October: Thursday to Sunday.
Service: 7pm to 1am. Closed on Mondays throughout.

Lead times

Midweek in May or September, a few days' notice usually works. High-summer Fridays and Saturdays need longer, especially for a terrace table. Grand Prix weekend needs the most time. In 2026 it ran from 5 to 7 June, not in late May, so confirm the race date first.

Which table to ask for

The terrace over the sea is the request most guests make. Inside, the lounge near the pisco bar suits a group that wants to stay on for the DJ. For a celebration, the semi-private and private areas come with their own menu and music, and need booking further ahead.

COYA sits at 26 Avenue Princesse Grace with Jimmy'z next door. Jimmy'z opens only on Friday and Saturday from 11.30pm. A 9pm dinner on those nights leads straight into the club. We can hold both on the same thread.
