Les Caves du Roy: the calendar, the hotel and the way home
Les Caves du Roy is below Hôtel Byblos, at 27 Avenue Foch, in the village of Saint-Tropez. The hotel opened on 27 May 1967 and the club followed that July. Unlike the Pampelonne beach clubs, it is in the village itself, a short walk from many hotels.
The 2026 calendar
The club is not open every night of the season, and the pattern changes by month.
- Late April and May: Friday and Saturday, plus a few extra dates.
- June: Friday and Saturday.
- 26 June to 29 August: every night.
- September: Friday and Saturday.
- October: the final weekend, on 2 and 3 October.

The hotel above
Byblos reopened for 2026 on 22 April. That season it added eight suites by Laura Gonzalez and a new fitness centre. It is built like a small hamlet of linked houses, with 91 rooms. Staying there puts the club at the foot of the stairs. Byblos also takes enquiries for private events at the club.
Getting home
Plan the return before the night begins. La Môle airfield, which serves Saint-Tropez helicopters, works in daylight and has no runway lighting. A villa in Ramatuelle or Gassin means a car at the end. A yacht means a tender from the Vieux Port, which we book for a set time.
