Monsieur Bleu occupies a monumental Art Deco hall in the Palais de Tokyo, its terrace facing the Seine and the Tower. A fashion-world canteen during the collections and a destination dinner the rest of the year — French classics, sharp service, and one of the most beautiful rooms in Paris.
Booking, the OF.luxury way
One message covers it: date, party size and any preferences. We confirm availability and the night's terms directly with the venue, hold the table in your name, and stay reachable until you are seated. Every booking is subject to the venue's availability and confirmed case by case.
Monsieur Bleu at the Palais de Tokyo: arrival, hours and where to sit
Monsieur Bleu is inside the Palais de Tokyo, with the restaurant address at 20 Avenue de New York in the 16th arrondissement. Guests can also come in through the museum entrance at 13 Avenue du Président Wilson. Tell your driver which door you want, as the two sides sit on different levels above the Seine.
From Le Bourget the drive crosses Paris to the river's right bank opposite the Eiffel Tower.
The room and the terrace
The dining room has a very high Art Deco ceiling and a long, theatrical layout. Outside, the terrace looks over the Seine directly at the tower and is used whenever the weather allows. In summer the restaurant also opens a garden, Le Jardin de Monsieur Bleu, from Wednesday to Sunday.
The kitchen
The menu is French at heart with international touches, such as grilled octopus with chorizo and a summer truffle pizzetta. It is a straightforward, produce-led kitchen that suits a long lunch as well as dinner.
Hours
- Lunch: Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 14:30.
- Weekend brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 15:30.
- Dinner: Sunday to Wednesday until 23:00, Thursday to Saturday until 23:30, from 19:00.
Who it suits
Weekday lunch is a calm setting for a business meeting, and weekend brunch works well for families. The room can be arranged for private occasions, from a small dinner to a larger event. During the collections it fills with the fashion trade, so book well ahead.
Across the avenue at Trocadéro, Girafe shares the tower view with a seafood menu. Below the same building, Yoyo runs its late events.
