Cavo Tagoo is built into a historic stone quarry, which is how its cave pools came about. They were the first of their kind on Mykonos. The group also has a sister hotel on Santorini.
By day
The pool area opens from 11am to 7pm and is kept mainly for hotel guests. A limited number of day passes are released, always booked in advance, with residents taking priority. A pass covers a bed, pool access, towels, showers and changing rooms, with champagne, water and a fruit platter. All the pools are heated, so early and late season swims are comfortable.
By night
From 7pm until 1:30am the pool deck becomes an evening venue. Guests can book the Chef's Table, a floating bed, a lounge or bar setting, or the main restaurant. Each area carries its own minimum spend, which covers food and drink.
Zuma within the hotel
Zuma's Mykonos restaurant sits inside Cavo Tagoo. Hotel guests reach it through a private corridor from the lobby and avoid the main entrance queue. Residents can ask for a Zuma table up to 24 hours ahead.
For those staying
The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle into Mykonos Town and arranges airport and port transfers. Parking and valet are free for guests, and the spa admits guests aged 16 and over. The pool deck can also be taken privately for an event or a shoot.
