Zuma at Palm Beach: the rooms, the hours and the table to ask for
Zuma Cannes is inside Palm Beach on the Pointe Croisette, in the Art Deco rotunda with the sea on both sides. It opened during the 2024 Film Festival and is the brand's first permanent home in France. After a winter closure it reopened in February 2026.
The rooms
The interior is by Noriyoshi Muramatsu, with floor-to-ceiling windows and shades of blue that nod to the sea. There are several distinct spaces:
- the main restaurant, for about 70 to 110;
- two balconies, Umi and Nami, for 30 to 60;
- the terrace under retractable sails, for 82 to 120;
- the bar and lounge, for 45 to 65;
- the private dining rooms Wabi and Sabi, for 18 to 50.
Three kitchens
As in every Zuma, food comes from three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill over charcoal. Dishes are made to share, in the izakaya manner.
Hours
Dinner runs from Wednesday to Saturday, 7pm to 1am. Sunday is a lunch service. The bar opens Wednesday to Sunday evenings. During the Film Festival, resident DJs play in the evening.
Which table
On a summer evening the terrace is the reason to come. Robb Report Monaco suggests the terrace tables furthest from the bar: private enough to talk, lively enough to feel the occasion. For a business dinner, Wabi or Sabi gives a closed room.
Palm Beach has a valet and 200 free parking spaces. Later, Flash and Medusa are in the same building. Guests arriving from Nice can take the Nice to Cannes helicopter.
