Dubai's season is the inverse of Europe's. It runs from October to April, and the brunch-into-night format means a single booking often covers eight hours.
Tables and restaurants
We hold relationships across 8 rooms in Dubai and book them directly. What you are paying for is placement — the difference between a table and the right table, the minimum briefed before you arrive, and a name on the door when you get there.
Where to stay
Staffed villas, chalets and suites across DIFC, Downtown, Meydan, Palm Jumeirah. Housekeeping and a house manager as the baseline; chef, drivers and security added where you want them. See villas & chalets for how we source and what a week actually costs.
Getting there and moving around
Al Maktoum is the private-aviation field and is quieter; DXB has a dedicated VIP terminal. Both are inside 30 minutes of DIFC. We arrange the private jet, the helicopter transfer where the road is the bottleneck, and chauffeured cars on both ends. For anything requiring close protection or NDA-grade discretion, that is planned before you land rather than on the day.
Season and timing
October–April; December to March is peak. New Year's Eve needs three months. Peak-season weekends, two weeks. Summer is genuinely quiet and priced accordingly.
