What we arrange in Marbella

Marbella splits between the beach-club day at Nikki Beach and Trocadero, and the Puerto Banús night. It is more accessible than the French Riviera at a similar level of service.

We hold relationships across 3 rooms in Marbella and book them directly. What you are paying for is placement — the difference between a table and the right table, the minimum briefed before you arrive, and a name on the door when you get there.

Getting there and moving around

Málaga is 40 minutes from Puerto Banús and takes private traffic. Gibraltar is an alternative for the western end of the coast. We arrange the private jet, the helicopter transfer where the road is the bottleneck, and chauffeured cars on both ends. For anything requiring close protection or NDA-grade discretion, that is planned before you land rather than on the day.

How it works and what it costs

Tables and restaurant bookings in Marbella are arranged for members, or as a one-off through Single Access at £350 per request — credited in full toward membership if you join within 14 days. The venue’s minimum spend is settled at the venue, not with us.

Everything else is free to enquire and free to quote. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas, security and event access are quoted as a single fixed all-in price with our fee already inside it — no gate, no membership required, and nothing added after you commit. For most clients that makes charter and villa enquiries the simplest place to start.

How a booking runs

Send the dates, the party size and anything that matters — a table by the water, a chef who can cook for a coeliac, a car that fits five with ski bags. We come back with what is genuinely available and what it costs, usually the same day. Nothing is committed until you approve it in writing.

If something cannot be delivered to the standard you asked for, we tell you that instead of substituting quietly. That applies to a fully-booked restaurant, an aircraft that cannot make the leg nonstop, and a villa whose photographs flatter it.

Yes, and that is usually the point. A typical Marbella booking runs the aircraft, the transfer, the house or suite, the tables and the security as one plan rather than five separate conversations. If any part of it cannot be delivered properly we say so rather than improvise.
