What we arrange in St. Moritz

St. Moritz is a members' town. Dracula Club is genuinely closed to non-members; King's at Badrutt's is the room that is actually bookable.

Tables and restaurants

We hold relationships across 3 rooms in St. Moritz and book them directly. What you are paying for is placement — the difference between a table and the right table, the minimum briefed before you arrive, and a name on the door when you get there.

Where to stay

Staffed villas, chalets and suites across Via Serlas, Kulm Park, Badrutt's. Housekeeping and a house manager as the baseline; chef, drivers and security added where you want them. See villas & chalets for how we source and what a week actually costs.

Getting there and moving around

Samedan is Europe's highest airport, five minutes from St. Moritz, and takes private traffic directly. Weather can close it — we build a road contingency into every winter booking. We arrange the private jet, the helicopter transfer where the road is the bottleneck, and chauffeured cars on both ends. For anything requiring close protection or NDA-grade discretion, that is planned before you land rather than on the day.

Season and timing

December–March; New Year and February are peak. New Year needs six months. February, two. The Snow Polo weekend in January is its own booking cycle entirely.

How it works and what it costs

Tables and restaurant bookings in St. Moritz are arranged for members, or as a one-off through Single Access at £350 per request — credited in full toward membership if you join within 14 days. The venue’s minimum spend is settled at the venue, not with us.

Everything else is free to enquire and free to quote. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas, security and event access are quoted as a single fixed all-in price with our fee already inside it — no gate, no membership required, and nothing added after you commit. For most clients that makes charter and villa enquiries the simplest place to start.

How a booking runs

Send the dates, the party size and anything that matters — a table by the water, a chef who can cook for a coeliac, a car that fits five with ski bags. We come back with what is genuinely available and what it costs, usually the same day. Nothing is committed until you approve it in writing.

If something cannot be delivered to the standard you asked for, we tell you that instead of substituting quietly. That applies to a fully-booked restaurant, an aircraft that cannot make the leg nonstop, and a villa whose photographs flatter it.

Questions

What does a concierge in St. Moritz actually do?
We hold the bookings you cannot reliably get yourself and we run the logistics around them. In St. Moritz that means tables and restaurant reservations, staffed villas or suites, private jets and helicopter transfers, chauffeured cars, yachts where the coast allows, security, and event access. One thread, one contact, 24/7.
What does it cost to use OF.luxury in St. Moritz?
Tables are for members, or £350 per request via Single Access, credited toward membership if you join within 14 days. Jets, helicopters, yachts and villas are quoted free to everyone as a fixed all-in price with the fee inside. You are never billed twice and nothing is added after you approve.
How far ahead should I book St. Moritz?
New Year needs six months. February, two. The Snow Polo weekend in January is its own booking cycle entirely.
Which airport should I fly into for St. Moritz?
Samedan is Europe's highest airport, five minutes from St. Moritz, and takes private traffic directly. Weather can close it — we build a road contingency into every winter booking.
Can you arrange everything, not just the table?
Yes, and that is usually the point. A typical St. Moritz booking runs the aircraft, the transfer, the house or suite, the tables and the security as one plan rather than five separate conversations. If any part of it cannot be delivered properly we say so rather than improvise.
