Booking Trèsind Studio — what to know

Trèsind Studio is the hardest table in Dubai by arithmetic: twenty seats, six tables, two seatings a night, and a three-star reputation that fills the book weeks ahead. Weekend dinners in season are placed a month or more out; midweek and the 9:15 seating are where the realistic answers are.

How we book it

Send your date, party size and an indicative budget on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — typically within the hour during the season. Nothing is committed until you approve; if your first choice is full we come back with the closest genuine alternative in Dubai, never a downgrade dressed up.

Getting there & timing

Dubai's two airports take private jets around the clock with fast-track on arrival. The October-to-April season is when the city's tables are hardest to get. VIP transport — jets, helicopters and chauffeured cars — can be arranged around the booking for guests arriving from overseas.

About Trèsind Studio

Trèsind Studio sits in St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah and holds three Michelin stars — awarded in the 2025 Dubai guide and retained in 2026 — the first Indian restaurant anywhere to reach that level. Chef Himanshu Saini cooks a multi-course tasting menu that reads India region by region and is served to a room of twenty across six tables, so the evening has the intimacy of a private dinner and the pace of a performance.

There are two seatings a night, at 6pm and 9:15pm, with lunch on selected dates. This is a tasting-menu room priced per person rather than a table with a minimum spend, and it does not suit a large group: parties above six are placed as private events, if at all.

Booking, the OF.luxury way

One message covers it: date, party size and any preferences. We confirm availability and the night's terms directly with the venue, hold the table in your name, and stay reachable until you are seated. Every booking is subject to the venue's availability and confirmed case by case.
