Dinner runs nightly from 6pm to 1am; from Thursday to Saturday the ultra-lounge runs to 3am and becomes an intimate nightclub after 11pm, with the bar counter and lounge for guests aged 21 and over.
The dress code is smart elegant, strictly applied at the lounge. Table minimums for the lounge are not published and are confirmed on request for the night.

Ling Ling is the Hakkasan Group's take on the Japanese izakaya. Plates are small and made for sharing, and the cooking blends Cantonese technique with other Asian traditions. Order several dishes for the table rather than a course each.
The group runs Ling Ling in only three cities: Dubai, Mexico City and Marrakech. The format is designed to move from dinner to drinks to dancing within one evening. The soundtrack is curated electronic and pop, so this is not the room for a quiet negotiation.

Who it suits
A group of friends, or a celebration that wants the evening to build, will get the most from it. A business dinner is better served by an early seating in the dining room, before the lounge takes over. Guests staying in the resort can reach it without a car.
