A midsize aircraft also carries the luggage that longer trips actually generate. Full external baggage holds on this class run to 70–90 cubic feet, which is a week for eight people rather than a weekend for four. Catering is properly provisioned, and most aircraft in the class have a forward galley the crew can work from in flight.
This is the class we recommend most often for summer Mediterranean traffic, and it is also the point where booking early starts to matter. Midsize availability on the Côte d’Azur and the Greek islands tightens from June, and the aircraft that are left price accordingly.
