What we arrange in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi does its luxury indoors. The rooms that matter are inside Emirates Palace and The Galleria, the beach is on an island of its own, and the whole emirate turns on one weekend in December.

Tables and restaurants

We hold relationships across 8 rooms in Abu Dhabi and book them directly. What you are paying for is placement — the difference between a table and the right table, the minimum briefed before you arrive, and a name on the door when you get there.

Where to stay

Getting there and moving around

Zayed International has a dedicated private terminal; Al Bateen Executive Airport, ten minutes from the Corniche, is business aviation only and the closer of the two. Dubai is seventy-five minutes by road. We arrange the private jet, the helicopter for the Grand Prix weekend, and chauffeured cars on both ends.

Season and timing

October–April. The Grand Prix weekend, 3–6 December 2026, is placed months ahead across hotels, hospitality and every table on Yas Marina. Outside it, a fortnight covers most requests; January and February are the easiest months.

How it works and what it costs

Tables and restaurant bookings in Abu Dhabi are arranged for members, or as a one-off through Single Access at £350 per request — credited in full toward membership if you join within 14 days. The venue’s minimum spend is settled at the venue, not with us.

Everything else is free to enquire and free to quote. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas, security and event access are quoted as a single fixed all-in price with our fee already inside it — no gate, no membership required, and nothing added after you commit. For most clients that makes charter and villa enquiries the simplest place to start.

How a booking runs

Send the dates, the party size and anything that matters — a table by the water, a chef who can cook for a coeliac, a car that fits five with ski bags. We come back with what is genuinely available and what it costs, usually the same day. Nothing is committed until you approve it in writing.

If something cannot be delivered to the standard you asked for, we tell you that instead of substituting quietly. That applies to a fully-booked restaurant, an aircraft that cannot make the leg nonstop, and a villa whose photographs flatter it.

We hold the bookings you cannot reliably get yourself and we run the logistics around them. What does it cost to use OF.luxury in Abu Dhabi?
Tables are for members, or £350 per request via Single Access, credited toward membership if you join within 14 days. Jets, helicopters, yachts and villas are quoted free to everyone as a fixed all-in price with the fee inside. You are never billed twice and nothing is added after you approve.
How far ahead should I book Abu Dhabi?
New Year's Eve needs three months. Peak-season weekends, two weeks. Summer is genuinely quiet and priced accordingly.
Which airport should I fly into for Abu Dhabi?
Al Maktoum is the private-aviation field and is quieter; DXB has a dedicated VIP terminal. Both are inside 30 minutes of DIFC, and Abu Dhabi is seventy-five minutes down the road.
Can you arrange everything, not just the table?
Yes, and that is usually the point. A typical Abu Dhabi booking runs the aircraft, the transfer, the house or suite, the tables and the security as one plan rather than five separate conversations. If any part of it cannot be delivered properly we say so rather than improvise.
