Booking Coya Abu Dhabi — what to know

Coya is the room Abu Dhabi goes to when it wants noise — Peruvian cooking, a Pisco Bar that runs to 1:30am on Fridays and Saturdays, and a dinner that turns into the evening. Weekend tables in season are placed a week ahead; Pisco Bar tables carry minimums confirmed on request.

Nothing is committed until you approve; if your first choice is full we come back with the closest genuine alternative in Abu Dhabi, never a downgrade dressed up.

Getting there & timing

Zayed International takes private jets with a dedicated terminal, and Al Bateen Executive Airport in the city is business aviation only. Dubai is about seventy-five minutes by road, so an Abu Dhabi table is a realistic evening from a Dubai base. Chauffeured cars and, for the Grand Prix weekend, helicopter transfers are arranged around the booking.

Coya Abu Dhabi brings the Peruvian group's format to The Galleria on Al Maryah Island: ceviches and anticuchos from the open kitchen, a room designed to be loud, and the Pisco Bar alongside it that carries the night after the kitchen closes. Lunch runs daily from noon (12:30 at weekends); dinner from 6:30pm on weekdays to 11pm, to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and to 10:30pm on Sundays, with the bar open later.

Dress is smart casual. Restaurant tables are à la carte; the bar tables at weekends carry minimums that are confirmed on request.
