The Phenom 300E: light-jet costs, near-midsize performance
The Phenom 300E is Embraer's light jet, and one of the most common types in European charter fleets. In July 2026 Embraer announced an updated Phenom 300EV, with deliveries expected from 2028. The 300E remains the version in charter fleets today.
The cabin and baggage
The cabin is about 5.24 m long, 1.55 m wide and 1.50 m high. Standard seating is six passengers, with up to ten certified. Embraer gives 84 cubic feet, or 2.38 m³, of total baggage and stowage, including a 66-cubic-foot rear hold. That is generous for a light jet, which helps when ski bags or golf clubs travel too.
Phenom 300E range and runway
Embraer quotes 2,010 nm with five occupants, at long-range cruise with standard reserves. High-speed cruise is 464 kt, and it can climb to 45,000 ft. Take-off at full weight needs about 978 m, and landing about 674 m.
Which of our routes the Phenom 300E suits
It fits most of the European routes we arrange. London to Nice and London to Geneva are each under 600 nm. London to Mykonos, at about 1,383 nm, is nonstop. Lagos to Abuja is a short hop.
The Phenom 300E against its class siblings
The Citation CJ3+ is slower with less range. The Learjet 75 Liberty is slightly faster, but no longer built. The Phenom 300E combines more baggage space with a modern flight deck. That is why it is often the first light jet we put forward.
How much does it cost to charter a Embraer Phenom 300E?
As a class guide, light jet charter runs £2,400–£3,200 per flight hour. The figure you pay is a single fixed all-in quote for the whole trip — aircraft, crew, positioning and fees — confirmed in writing before you commit, usually within minutes.
How many passengers does a Embraer Phenom 300E carry?
Up to 8 passengers, with roughly 8 bags and a 1.5 m cabin. Best-in-class baggage.
How far can a Embraer Phenom 300E fly nonstop?
About 2,010 nm at ~464 kt cruise — see the Light jet class guide for the routes this class covers.
