Beefbar Paris takes reservations directly and through concierges. The difficulty is not getting a table — it is getting a good one on a Friday or Saturday, when the main room fills from 8:30pm and the requests outnumber the covers.
Lunch is straightforward, often same-week. Weeknight dinners generally need a few days. Friday and Saturday in season, and the whole of Fashion Week, need a week or more, and the tables that matter — in the Art Nouveau room rather than the overflow — are the first to go.
When we book it we confirm the section, not just the slot. A confirmed table in the wrong part of the room is a common way for a booking to technically succeed and actually disappoint.

Send the date and party size on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — typically within the hour. We confirm the table position and the terms in writing before anything is committed, and if the date has gone we say so rather than place you somewhere adjacent.
