Le Plongeoir has no table minimum in the club sense. Expect around €250 for two at dinner with wine as a working guide, which makes it the most accessible room in this group and noticeably cheaper than the equivalent in Monaco or Cannes.
Lunch is materially cheaper than dinner. The menu is Mediterranean with a strong fish bias, and the bill moves with the catch — whole fish by weight is where a lunch turns into a considerably larger number than expected.
There is no minimum-spend gate for a standard table. For private hire of the platform, a minimum does apply and it is set per date; we confirm it in writing.

Send the date and party size on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — typically within the hour. We confirm the table position and the terms in writing before anything is committed, and if the date has gone we say so rather than place you somewhere adjacent.
