Le Plongeoir has no table minimum in the club sense. Expect around €250 for two at dinner with wine as a working guide, which makes it the most accessible room in this group and noticeably cheaper than the equivalent in Monaco or Cannes.

Lunch is materially cheaper than dinner. The menu is Mediterranean with a strong fish bias, and the bill moves with the catch — whole fish by weight is where a lunch turns into a considerably larger number than expected.

There is no minimum-spend gate for a standard table. For private hire of the platform, a minimum does apply and it is set per date; we confirm it in writing.

What shapes a Le Plongeoir bill, space by space

Which space you book

The venue has three parts with different uses. Le Plongeoir, the platform, takes up to 40. Le Rocher takes up to 50, with a heated enclosure for 36. Le Vivier, the lounge bar, seats 60. The space chosen shapes the evening more than any line on the menu.

Le Vivier as a lighter option

From late May to late September, Le Vivier serves cocktails, wine and shared plates from the restaurant menu, with DJs. It is a way to have the view with drinks and small plates, rather than committing to a full lunch or dinner.

Groups

For parties of 20 or more, the restaurant offers group menus. A fixed menu makes the cost per guest predictable, which helps a host or a company planning an event. Corporate requests go to a dedicated commercial team.

Privatising a space

Each space can be hired on its own: the platform for 40, the rock for 50, the lounge for 100 standing. Each space is quoted separately by the restaurant.

The season

The restaurant runs from mid-March to mid-November, every day from noon to 9.30pm. Lunch on a weekday in spring or autumn gives the full setting at its quietest.

Paying

The restaurant accepts cards, cash and cheques. The bill is settled with the restaurant on the day.
