The areas, decoded
Above Psarou / Agios Lazaros — ten minutes to Nammos, the classic party-base position. Aleomandra — west-facing sunsets, calm, the dinner-party crowd. What a week really costs
Properly staffed houses — chef, housekeeping, house manager — start around €12,000 a week in season as a floor, run €20,000–€40,000 for the strong pool-and-view tier, and go well past that for front-line estates in August. A "villa with pool" listing under that floor is usually unstaffed, badly positioned, or photographed generously.
Staffed or it doesn't count
