The code is beach chic, which on Panormos means resort dressing rather than swimwear. It is relaxed at lunch and firms up as the afternoon turns.
Men: linen shirt or a good tee, tailored shorts or light trousers, espadrilles or clean loafers. Women: kaftans, resort dresses, elevated swimwear with a cover-up. Sunglasses do most of the work.
Turned away: football shirts, visible swim shorts at dinner service, anything that reads as a stag group. Principote is a beach club that becomes a dinner room, and the door notices when people have not changed for it.

Send the date and party size on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — usually within the hour. Terms and position are confirmed in writing before anything is committed, and if the date has gone we say so.
