What we do, and what we are not
We source hospitality at the events worth attending and arrange everything around the day. We are not a ticket agency, we do not hold inventory, and we do not resell — official programmes issue tickets to a named end user and their terms do not permit it.
You engage us for the sourcing. Our fee is agreed with you and paid to us. The hospitality package is invoiced to you directly by the provider, at their price, with nothing added by us.
That structure is deliberate. It means our advice on which package to take is not shaped by what pays us most, because none of it does.
The events we cover
Wimbledon — official Championships facilities, the hardest date in the calendar and the one to ask about earliest.
Royal Ascot — Queen Anne Enclosure hospitality, and an honest explanation of why the Royal Enclosure is not something anyone can sell you.
Six Nations at Twickenham — the autumn internationals too, with the fixtures that actually move flagged.
The Ashes — Lord’s, Edgbaston and The Oval, and which day of a Test is worth taking.
Monaco Grand Prix — where the paddock is only part of it and the yacht, the villa and the table are the rest.
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix — the season finale at Yas Marina, where the hotel and the marina berth matter as much as the suite.
Also Cheltenham, the Grand National, the Derby, Henley, the Chelsea Flower Show, the Ryder Cup and the majors. If it is not listed, ask.
What we need, and when
The date, the party size and the standard you want. That is enough to start.
Guest names, once a package is confirmed. Official programmes issue tickets to named end users, so the details are a requirement rather than a formality. They go to the provider for invoicing and ticketing and nowhere else.
As much notice as you can stand. Wimbledon moves within weeks of general sale. Ascot holds longer. The Ashes at Lord’s goes early. There is no version of this where asking later helps.
Discretion
Booking details are not shared, discussed or used as marketing. No guest list we handle appears anywhere, and that extends to the fact of the booking itself.
How the sourcing actually works
We are not a ticket agency and we do not resell hospitality. Packages at these venues are sold through the organisers’ own official programmes, and the terms of those programmes do not permit resale — which is exactly why the invoice and the tickets are issued to you, in your name, by the hospitality provider.
What you are engaging us for is the sourcing: knowing which package actually suits the party, getting the requirement in early enough to matter, and arranging everything around the day. Our fee is agreed with you and paid to us; the package itself you settle directly with the provider. Nothing is added to their price by us.
Because we place a request in your name we ask for the guest details the programme requires. Those details go to the provider for invoicing and ticketing and nowhere else.
The day around it
Around the day is the part most people underestimate. The hospitality gets you fed and seated. Getting eight people from Mayfair to the ground and back without a two-hour crawl, a table that will still take you at ten o’clock, and somewhere to stay when the whole city is full — that is the work, and it is the reason to use a concierge rather than a booking form.
We arrange the cars, the restaurant either side, the helicopter where it genuinely saves the day rather than merely sounding good, and the villa, chalet or suite if the fixture is the centre of a longer trip.
What we will not do
We will not promise a package before the provider has confirmed it is available. Flagship hospitality sells out, and an agency that takes your money on a maybe is selling something it does not hold.
We will not resell hospitality, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to. Packages bought outside an official programme can be cancelled at the gate.
We will not quote you a package price we have not confirmed for your date and party size. Prices move with the fixture, the facility and how early you ask.
No prices are published here on purpose. We do not sell the package — the hospitality provider invoices you directly, at their price. Send the date, the party size and the standard you want and we will come back with what is actually available. How our fee works.
