The weekend
The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix closes the 2026 season at Yas Marina Circuit from Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 December 2026, with the race itself on the Sunday evening. It is the only Grand Prix run at twilight, the track wraps around a working superyacht marina and passes under a hotel, and the weekend has grown into a programme of after-race concerts across Yas Island. For most of our clients it is the last set-piece of the year and the one that decides where December is spent.
Hospitality at Yas Marina runs through official programmes — the Formula 1 Paddock Club above the team garages, and the circuit’s own suites and lounges around the track — and those programmes, not a reseller, are where we source. Paddock Club at Abu Dhabi includes the pit-lane walks, the paddock access and the driver appearances that make the difference between watching a race and being inside one.
What actually needs booking, and when
The hotel on Yas Island first. The W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island sits astride the circuit; the other Yas hotels are a shuttle away. All are placed the season before, and the alternative — Saadiyat or the Corniche, forty minutes off — needs cars timed to the road closures.
The hospitality second, because official Paddock Club and suite programmes sell through the autumn and the best positions go by October. We place the request in your name with the guest details the programme requires.
The marina third. A yacht berthed in Yas Marina for the weekend is the best seat on the island — the track passes the berths — and the berths are a separate, earlier conversation with the marina.
The tables last, though not late: Cipriani Yas Island overlooks the marina and the circuit and is the most contested dinner of the weekend; the Abu Dhabi rooms in the city and at Emirates Palace carry the nights either side.
Getting in and around
Zayed International is twenty minutes from Yas Island and takes private aircraft through a dedicated terminal; Al Bateen Executive Airport in the city is business aviation only. Dubai is seventy-five minutes by road on a normal day and considerably more on race day, so a Dubai base means helicopters or an early start. We hold the cars, the helicopter where it earns its place, and the drivers who know which gate is open on Sunday.
How the sourcing actually works
We are not a ticket agency and we do not resell hospitality. Packages at these venues are sold through the organisers’ own official programmes, and the terms of those programmes do not permit resale — which is exactly why the invoice and the tickets are issued to you, in your name, by the hospitality provider.
What you are engaging us for is the sourcing: knowing which package actually suits the party, getting the requirement in early enough to matter, and arranging everything around the day. Our fee is agreed with you and paid to us; the package itself you settle directly with the provider. Nothing is added to their price by us.
Because we place a request in your name we ask for the guest details the programme requires. Those details go to the provider for invoicing and ticketing and nowhere else.
The day around it
Around the day is the part most people underestimate. The hospitality gets you fed and seated. Getting eight people from Mayfair to the ground and back without a two-hour crawl, a table that will still take you at ten o’clock, and somewhere to stay when the whole city is full — that is the work, and it is the reason to use a concierge rather than a booking form.
We arrange the cars, the restaurant either side, the helicopter where it genuinely saves the day rather than merely sounding good, and the villa, chalet or suite if the fixture is the centre of a longer trip.
What we will not do
We will not promise a package before the provider has confirmed it is available. Flagship hospitality sells out, and an agency that takes your money on a maybe is selling something it does not hold.
We will not resell hospitality, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to. Packages bought outside an official programme can be cancelled at the gate.
We will not quote you a package price we have not confirmed for your date and party size. Prices move with the fixture, the facility and how early you ask.
