La Guérite books ahead through the summer and the Festival week is effectively placed before it starts. Front tables on the water go first, then the terrace, then the room behind.
We need the date, the party size, and how you are arriving — ferry, the restaurant tender, or your own boat. The arrival changes the timing of the booking, which is why we ask it up front rather than after.
During the Festival and the Grand Prix weeks the honest answer is often that the good tables have gone. We will tell you that rather than seat you at the back of an island restaurant you travelled to get to.

Send the date and party size on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — usually within the hour. Terms and position are confirmed in writing before anything is committed, and if the date has gone we say so.
