Principote takes reservations for both beds on the sand and tables for dinner, and in August the two behave differently: beds go days ahead, dinner tables go weeks ahead, and the front row goes first in both.
To hold one we need the date, the party size and whether you want a bed or a table. We confirm directly with the venue, usually within the hour, and come back with the position and the minimum in writing before you commit.
For the first three weeks of August, ask early. The honest answer in peak week is often that the good positions have gone, and we would rather tell you that than put you at the back and let you find out on arrival.

Send the date and party size on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — usually within the hour. Terms and position are confirmed in writing before anything is committed, and if the date has gone we say so.
