The minimum is spend, not a cover charge: it goes on food and drink at the table, and what you order counts toward it. Front-row beds on the sand carry the higher end of the range; tables set back from the water sit below it. Larger groups raise the figure rather than split it.

In practice the area you book shapes the cost more than anything else. Each area comes with different service, and the minimum follows the service.

Standard sunbeds and VIP loungers

A standard sunbed sits under a handmade umbrella, with a beach menu and sushi to order. A VIP lounger is the width of three ordinary beds and has its own locker. VIP guests can order the full restaurant menu at the lounger, and shisha on the beach is served to them alone. The higher minimum buys space, storage and the full kitchen.

The restaurant has a section set apart from the main room for guests who want privacy at the table. It carries its own terms, which we confirm for the date and party size.

What sits outside the minimum

  • Car transfers arranged by Principote carry a separate fee.
  • Weddings, baptisms, private parties and corporate events are handled by a separate events team.
