Front-row and presentation access across the four Fashion Weeks — Paris, Milan, London and New York — plus the parties that follow.
What we arrange
Front-row & show access
Paris, Milan, London, New York
Designer presentations & showrooms
After-show parties & dinners
Include your dates, party size and an indicative budget with your enquiry — it lets us confirm the right tier of access first time. VIP transport — jets, helicopters, chauffeurs and fast-track arrivals — can be arranged around any event for clients travelling from overseas.
When & where
The four majors — New York, London, Milan and Paris — run February and September. We arrange the surrounding access: front-row where possible, dinners, and the after-parties that define the week.
How access works
Tell us the event, your dates, party size and an indicative budget. We confirm what is genuinely available for your date — access is sourced through our partner network and never guaranteed — hold it in your name, and arrange the jets, hotels, transfers and tables around it. Nothing is committed until you approve.
When it happens
The four majors run February and September — New York, London, Milan and Paris in sequence.
What we can arrange
Front-row invitations where our partners hold them, plus the dinners, showrooms and after-parties that are the real currency of the week.
Planning it properly
Paris and Milan are the crushes; Le Bourget and Linate Prime tighten weeks ahead. Book the aircraft and the hotel before the show schedule is even published.
Where invitations are available through our partners — always case by case. We are strongest on the dinners, parties and the club nights around the shows.
Which city is the biggest?
Paris and Milan draw the largest crowds; Paris Fashion Week nightlife (L'Arc, Boum Boum, Deflower) is a scene in itself.
What else do you arrange for Fashion Week?
Suites, cars, security, restaurant priority and club tables so the whole week runs through one contact.
OF.luxury is a concierge and sourcing service — not a ticket vendor or box office. Availability, allocation, entry and pricing are never guaranteed and are confirmed case by case before any commitment. All events are subject to change or cancellation by the organiser.
Upcoming Fashion Week dates
The dates we are asked for most. Exact dates and call times are confirmed in writing before anything is committed.

Calendars move. Organisers confirm dates at different points in the year, and schedules shift as the programme is finalised. We work to the confirmed date for your booking, not the provisional one — and we say so plainly if a date is not yet fixed.
What VIP access actually means here
The tiers that genuinely exist for Fashion Week, and what each one gets you.
Front row
Seated front row at a house show. Genuinely invitation-only and controlled by the house, not by any agency.
Show seating
Seats further back at shows where the house releases inventory, plus presentations and off-schedule shows.
Showroom and after-party
Private showroom appointments and the parties around the schedule, which is often the more useful access.
We place VIP and hospitality only. We do not sell general admission, resale seats or standing tickets, and we will not take a booking we cannot source through an official or directly contracted channel. If the only thing available for your date is a general-admission ticket, we will tell you that rather than sell you one.
How the sourcing actually works
Hospitality at this level is not a marketplace. Boxes, suites and premium seats are allocated by the venue, the governing body or an appointed hospitality partner, and most of the good inventory never reaches a public listing at all. What that means in practice is that lead time is the single biggest factor in what you end up with — not budget.
For a marquee Fashion Week date, six to twelve weeks is a comfortable window and gives us a genuine choice of positions. Inside three weeks the question changes from which box to whether anything credible exists at all. We would rather tell you a date is gone than put you in a seat that does not match what you asked for.
What we need from you
The date or the fixture, the number of guests, and an indicative budget. That is enough for us to come back with what is genuinely available and what it costs, usually the same day. If you are flexible on the fixture — a different match in the same week, a different session at the same event — say so, because it often doubles the options.
What we will not do
We do not list inventory we have not confirmed, we do not take deposits against availability we are still chasing, and we do not quote a price that moves later. Every booking is confirmed in writing with the terms attached before payment. Where an event is sold through an official hospitality programme, you are booked into that programme and receive its documentation, not a substitute.
Getting there and staying
Most Fashion Week bookings travel. We arrange the private jet or helicopter transfer, the chauffeured cars on both ends and the villa or suite around the fixture, so the event and the trip are handled on one thread rather than three. For anything requiring security or NDA-grade discretion, that is arranged before you arrive rather than on the day.
