Copal Beach Cannes reservations, in detail

Sunbeds at Copal are walk-in from 10am, without a reservation; tables are what gets booked. In season the dinner tables go well ahead, and Festival week goes before it starts.

Send the date and the party size for a table. We confirm with the club and come back with the table and the terms before you commit; for sunbeds we can only advise on timing, since they are first come, first served.

During the Film Festival and the Grand Prix the Croisette is a different market entirely. Ask early, and we will be straight about what is actually left.

Booking it through us

Send the date and party size on WhatsApp and we confirm directly with the venue — usually within the hour. Terms and position are confirmed in writing before anything is committed, and if the date has gone we say so.

How Copal's booking works, bed by bed and table by table

Copal treats the restaurant and the beach as two things. Tables are taken through the club's online reservation system. According to the club's own site, sunbeds are available from 10am without a reservation.

What that means on the day

A quiet weekday can often be done with no notice at all. On a July or August weekend, arriving at ten and hoping for a front bed is a gamble. Holding the lunch table secures the meal even if the beds have gone.

Choosing the time

Lunch is the anchor service. A table at around two lets a party take beds in the morning and move to lunch without rushing. In season there is a later service too, running until midnight.

Out of season

In winter the club opens Wednesday to Sunday for lunch only, from late morning until 5pm. Monday and Tuesday requests cannot be placed in those months.

Groups and private events

Weddings, receptions, seminars and company days go through Copal's events team, not the restaurant book. For a party larger than a long table, that is the right starting point.

On arrival

Valet parking runs on the boulevard, which keeps a drop-off quick even in Festival traffic. The club accepts cards, cash and cryptocurrency, which is worth knowing for a host settling a large bill.
