London club tables are free — booked at no cost through our partner VIPListed. Every other destination is reserved for members, or available as a one-off Single Access request. Jets, helicopters, villas and yachts are quoted free to everyone — our fee sits inside the fixed price, with preferential terms for members.

Prices exclude the cost of the booking itself — venue minimum spend, charters and stays are paid to the provider. Jet, helicopter, villa and yacht quotes are free for everyone: our fee is included in the fixed price we quote, and members receive preferential terms.

Cancelling. Monthly Member runs to the end of the paid month and stops — cancel any time. Annual Member and Private run to the end of the paid year and simply do not renew; there is no partial-year refund, so if a year is a stretch take the monthly option instead. Nothing auto-renews: we send a reminder and only renew when you confirm. Cancel in writing via the contact page. Full terms in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Membership buys preferential terms and first call on scarce dates — not a guarantee of allocation. We introduce and negotiate; the venue, operator or owner confirms. If a date genuinely cannot be had we say so rather than hold you on.

What it costs

There is no charge to get a quote. Jets, helicopters, yachts, villas and chalets are priced free to everyone, and the figure we give is fixed and all-in — our fee sits inside it, the way a serious charter broker works, with nothing added afterwards. Membership buys preferential terms and first call on scarce dates, not the right to ask.

Member is £2,400 a year or £200 a month; Private is £6,000 a year. Neither is an hourly rate and Private is not a monthly retainer. Fees are processed manually and they do not auto-renew — we ask you before taking anything. If you travel twice a year, Single Access is the honest answer and we will say so rather than sell you a tier you will not use.

These are our current fees and the rate you join at is held for the whole of that membership year. Fees are reviewed periodically and are subject to change — the cost of running the service to this standard rises, and we would rather keep the desk small, the response times short and the supplier relationships worth having than freeze a price and quietly thin the service behind it. Because nothing auto-renews, any change can only ever reach you at the point you choose to renew, and we will tell you the new rate before you do.

What it looks like in practice

A weekend that moved. A member’s Friday meeting overran and the London–Nice leg slipped by four hours. The aircraft was re-timed, the Monaco helicopter rebooked to match, the restaurant pushed to 22:00 and the villa staff told to hold dinner. The member sent one message.

A table that was “impossible”. A Saturday in August at a Mykonos beach club, requested on the Thursday. The public answer was no; the table manager’s answer, on a relationship built over three seasons, was a front-row daybed at the standard minimum.

A season, planned once. A family running Courchevel at Christmas, the Riviera in July and Dubai in November — chalet, villa, jets, helicopters and every table booked in two conversations rather than thirty.

Is membership right for you?

Probably yes if you travel to these cities more than twice a year, if a booking falling through would genuinely cost you the evening, or if you want one accountable person rather than a folder of suppliers.

Probably not yet if you are planning a single trip — take Single Access at £350 instead, and it is credited in full toward membership if you join within 14 days. And if you only ever book London club tables, you never need to pay us at all: those are free through our partner, permanently.

We would rather tell you honestly that you do not need a membership than sell you one you will not use.

How fees work, plainly

Venue access — London club tables are free via VIPListed. Everywhere else, access is a members' benefit or a one-off Single Access request (£350, credited toward membership within 14 days).

Travel & charter — jets, helicopters, villas and yachts are quoted free to everyone. The price we give is fixed and all-in; our fee is already inside it, the way every serious charter broker works — no surprise line items after. Membership earns you preferential terms and first call on scarce dates.
