Le Mans 24 Hours tickets and hospitality are the first question for most guests. The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the oldest great endurance race in motorsport, and in 2027 it is the 95th edition, run from 9 to 13 June at the Circuit de la Sarthe. For most guests, the question is not whether to go but how: how hospitality works, how to get from London to a circuit in the Pays de la Loire, and how to sleep in a town that is full for the week. This guide covers the dates, the structure of the race weekend, the ways to travel that we can verify, and what we arrange.
We do not run Le Mans and cannot sell its tickets. Hospitality is booked through the organiser’s official channels, and we arrange it on request, along with the journey and the stay.
Le Mans 2027: dates and the shape of the weekend
The Automobile Club de l’Ouest, which organises the race, lists the 2027 event as 9 to 13 June. Its calendar shows activity on Tuesday 8 to Sunday 13 June, with the race itself at the end of that run. The race-day running order published on the official site includes support races, a warm-up from 12:00 to 12:15, a gridwalk from 13:35 to 15:00, the official start ceremony from 15:00 to 15:45 and the race start at 16:00. Because the event ends on Sunday 13 June, the race runs across the weekend of 12 and 13 June; the organiser’s full schedule shows which day each session falls on, so check it when it is released.
The week before the race is not only a build-up. The circuit has its own programme, and the town fills well before the weekend. Our June events calendar places Le Mans alongside the other great June fixtures, including the Monaco Grand Prix and Royal Ascot, which is worth checking if you are planning a month.
How hospitality works
The organiser’s site has a VIP hospitality section and a contact page for hospitality enquiries. At the time we checked on 19 October 2026, it did not state when 2027 ticket sales open or list a 2027 hospitality offer, and it asks visitors to join its newsletter for ticket sales and pre-sale access. We therefore do not describe 2027 packages or give figures, and we will not guess.
In general, hospitality at a 24-hour race means a covered viewing area with food and drink, access to a part of the circuit not open to the general public and, in some formats, closer views of the pits or the grid. What it contains varies by package, so the right question to ask is what the specific package includes, where the viewing area is relative to the pits and the main straight, and whether it is open for the full race or only part of it. We ask that in writing for you, and we confirm the answer before anything is committed.
Getting there from London
Le Mans is in the Sarthe department of western France. There are several ways to get there, and which suits you depends on your party, your timing and how much you want to carry.
By train
Eurostar runs from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord. Trains to Le Mans leave from Paris Montparnasse, a different station, so allow for a cross-Paris transfer. The organiser has described the high-speed journey from Paris Montparnasse to Le Mans as about 54 minutes. From Le Mans station, the organiser has directed visitors to tram Line 1 towards Antarès-MMArena, which takes about 20 minutes to reach the circuit and runs more frequently during the race. These details come from the organiser’s own guidance for a previous edition, so we confirm current services before your trip.
By car
Driving is possible, and some guests prefer to have a car for the week. The organiser has closed roads around the circuit to normal traffic during race week in previous years, with published closure and diversion notices, so we check the 2027 notice for your route and plan the last stretch around it. A chauffeured car also removes the parking question.
By private jet
The Le Mans-Arnage aerodrome sits on the edge of the circuit. The organiser has described it as having a 1,420-metre runway with IFR and ILS. That is a description of the aerodrome, not a promise that a given aircraft can land there on race weekend, since slots, handling and any event restrictions have to be confirmed for the dates. Our private jet page explains how a charter is arranged, and we check the airfield and the alternatives for your aircraft and party size before recommending a route.
By helicopter
Helicopter transfers can be arranged for some journeys, and we explain how they work on our helicopter page. We have not verified a published landing arrangement for the 2027 race, so we treat it as a case-by-case request: we confirm where the aircraft can land, the permissions and the timings in writing before it is offered.
Where to stay
Le Mans and the surrounding area fill for the week, so decide the hotel before the ticket. Staying in the city makes the tram and the restaurants easy; staying outside it gives more space but makes the road the main factor on race day. We do not recommend a single property, since it depends on the size of the party and whether you will be at the circuit overnight. Tell us what you want and we will look at the options for your dates.
Practical points
- The race is 24 hours, and few guests stay for all of it. Decide which part you want, such as the start, the evening or the finish.
- Bring layers. Nights in June can be cooler than the afternoon.
- Agree a pick-up point and a time with your driver, and keep the plan simple.
- If you are leaving from London, check passport and visa requirements before you travel.
How we help
VIP and hospitality only. At Le Mans we arrange hospitality and the journey from London around it. We do not sell general admission or standard tickets; those are sold by each organiser directly.
We arrange the journey from London, a stay near the circuit and, where you want it, hospitality through official channels. We do not publish prices, because they depend on the package and are confirmed in writing before anything is committed. Message our WhatsApp concierge with your dates, how many are travelling and how you would like to get there.
